Leadership development covers a wide range of events, activities, groups, conversations and so on that go on within the ECCC. There are also distint discipleship initiatives that aim at developing followers of Christ.
The discipleship initiatives were born out of the closure of Covenant Bible College. Funds from the sale of CBC properties were used to first pay off debt, and were then disbersed among the Covenant Church to further the mission of CBC to disciple men and women as followers of Jesus Christ.
Currently, there are three active discipleship initiatives and others that are in the planning stages. See the links below for more information on each initiative.
