CBC mourns loss of former student

Jeffrey Michael Bauer









Mr. Jeffrey M.B. Bauer, age 36, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 25, 2007, going home to meet his Lord. According to his son, J.J., " He beat us in the race to Heaven."
He was born in Cozad, NE on November 27, 1970 to Thomas & Annette (Krumland) Turner & married the former Lori Anne Bush on October 16, 1999. Mr. Bauer had been employed as a LPN at University Park. Jeffrey was devoted to family & work, was a football official with MHSAA, he was a member both of Kainay Community Church & Alcoholics Anonymous whose fellow members were truly family to him.
SURVIVORS Wife, Lori Anne; 3 children, 6 year old, Jeremiah Joel, 4 year old, Samuel Lawrence & 8 month old, Benjamin Wallace; parents, Annette (Bob) Orlowski of Lansing, IA & Thomas (Sandra) Turner of Bucoda, WA; grandparents, Wallace & Mary Louise Krumland of Olympia, WA & Hazel Tobias of Muskegon; 1 brother, Joel (Molly) Turner of Horicon, WI & nieces & nephews, Nadia, Peter Thomas & Jeffrey's God Daughter, Breanna Louise Turner; parents-in-law, Lawrence (Marilyn) Bush of Muskegon; 2 sisters-in-law, Lisa Dawn (Dave) Bowers of Muskegon & Lynnette Marie (Andrew) Buikema of Muskegon; 2 brothers-in-law, Lawrence Timothy (Lisa Ann) Bush of Muskegon & Lee Thomas (Lisa Maureen) Bush of Muskegon & many adoring aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Carmin Joy.
